- Stand Out- These people read resumes all day long make yours stand out to grab attention. Make the resume modern.
- Avoid Simple Errors- People see small simple errors in a resume and throw your resume away instantly. Look over everything multiple times.
- Length- Make your resume concise and to the point
- Key Information- Make sure to make dates, names, and old jobs or activities stand out if they relate directly to the job your applying for
- Skills- Use both soft and hard skills but hard skills will get the readers attention much better
- Language- Being able to speak or write another language fluently will definitely get you looked into deeper by any company
- Resume Wording- Incorporate industry keywords and buzzwords into your resume, but don't overdo it. You also should tailor your resume to the job that is being applied for, do not copy and paste resumes.
