This article is just telling teenagers that their time to become an adult is becoming shorter and shorter. Going from a teenager to an adult is a very hard and fast transition. You are eventually going to be moving around and working all day, everyday. You are going to have to do things that you don't want to do, an that's just the way life is. This article is saying that teens have a really hard time growing up and its becoming a problem for a lot of teens and that teens need to start becoming more responsible and also need to learn to go do things for yourself.
